The dolmen is located NE of Luras, on a slope that dominates large flat areas.
The tomb was built on a granite rock bench in a small flat basin equipped with numerous erratic boulders and cavities with natural channels - perhaps partially adapted by man - which constitute an excellent rainwater runoff system around the monument.
The burial has a semicircular chamber (width m 1.50; length m 3; height m 1-0.60) - with an entrance facing E - delimited on the d side, straight, by three slabs worked in the visible face, and on the upper one, curvilinear, by four orthostats interspersed with minute stone. The back wall consists of two overlapping slabs.
A single polygonal slab (length m 3.40; width m 2.50; thickness m 0.50) - which alternates straight and curvilinear sections and tapers at the edges - forms the cover of the compartment.
History of excavations
In 1996, the monument was the subject of archaeological research by B. D'Arragon.
