The museum houses archaeological materials from the territory of Thetis and the municipalities of the XII Mountain Community. From the sanctuary village of Abini, in the countryside of Teti, a vast agglomeration of huts, meeting grounds and sacred well, numerous bronzes for cultural use come from. Remarkable are the bronzes of bidders, orants, archers and warriors whose copies of the originals are on display, most of which are preserved at the National Archaeological Museum of Cagliari. The original exhibits on display also include daggers and votive swords. From the excavations of S'Urbale, a village of about 50 huts dating back to a period between the beginning of the Middle Bronze and the Early Iron Age, interesting finds, ceramics and stone tools come from. One of S'Urbale's huts was rebuilt on a natural scale, with local materials and clay taken from the Nuragic Quarry: circular in shape, it has a central fireplace, a vanity room delimited by knife-shaped plates and ceramic containers intended for various functions. The district territory is documented, among others, by the materials of the Eneolithic culture of Monte Claro from Bidu 'e Concas and by the lithic and ceramic finds from the Talei Nuraghe, both in the countryside of Sorgono.
