The building is located in the historic part of the town and overlooks a small square.
Inaugurated in the very first months of 1927, the theater has a simple and polite façade that is not without interest: it is divided into three parts with two symmetrical wings that on each of the two floors each contain a door and a window with two lights, separated by a pillar. The central part, on the other hand, is more articulated, presenting a porch supported by pairs of pillars that support a protruding body with a triple opening with a lowered arch. Two theatrical masks on the sides recall the function of the building, reaffirmed in the annoyance of the naming of the De Candia theater, according to solutions close to Art Deco.
