In the museum, housed in a former shed of the ancient granite quarry of Cala Francese, various machinery, objects, photos and historical documents of the quarry are exhibited. A video projection documents the important mining activity, which began in the second half of the 1800s, extracting granite and exporting it to many parts of the world. It is also possible to visit, in the mining area, the village of the stonemasons, and see other machinery such as: cranes, trolleys, a small train, etc...
