Villa Scano was located along Viale Trento on a large and articulated slope, but was demolished in 1972 to make way for a modern building.
It was built between 1917 and 1926 on a design by the same owners, the engineer Dionigi Scano and his son Flavio, to whom we expressly owe the gate on Viale Trento, dating back to 1926 and the only surviving part.
At regular intervals, it has pillars and a limestone structure framed with inverted arches that support a rich secessionist railing, once repeated even in the arrangement of the terrace of the now disappeared villa with large vases, festoons and scrolls.
