The building is located along Via San Saturnino n. 87, in an area close to the embankment surrounded by panoramic views and stands out for its almost intact preservation compared to the original construction and for the sobriety of the architectural language used, referring to Rationalism.
The building, built between 1934 and 1936 designed by the engineer Adolfo Doccetti, is spread over a slight slope with the side entrance dominated by a long window with a single window that gives light to the stairwell, slightly higher than the building and, at the time, the subject of controversy regarding the height of the building.
The main body rises three floors with as many openings arranged in the axis and ends with a parapet with a metal railing. The windows are hierarchically distributed on the front and underlined by frames of various types and decorative discs between the penultimate and the last levels.
