Pula, MusPOS - Museum of Sardinian Folk Instruments

“MusPOS” is the first museum in Sardinia dedicated to Sardinian folk instruments. Enriched with an interactive section, the museum exhibits more than 150 artifacts of 77 different types of instruments, made and belonging to Orlando Mascia, the well-known instrumentalist and builder. MusPOS offers an interactive journey made possible by the multimedia screen, which will allow users to learn about and hear stories and melodies of traditional Sardinian instruments. The Museum aims to be a living place, a crossroads for citizens, tourists, students and researchers, and its objective is to pass on the immense Sardinian musical heritage, keeping alive the memory and traditions of our ancestors.
