The building is part of the significant number of private buildings, widespread in Sassari according to stylistic references of Art Nouveau style, typical of the early twentieth century.
The building, already home to the Clemente store, is characterized by a rather narrow but soaring front on its three floors.
Although the window on the ground floor has now been modified, the building has a façade that, starting from a large low arched opening on the first level, continues with a series of simply decorated openings that go from three to four windows on the next two floors. Iron balconies protruding or flush with the façade complete the building, which ends with a projecting ledge.
