The building, once used as a customs warehouse, is located near the port and today houses a commercial establishment.
Despite its simplicity and functionality, the building has an interesting appearance due to the use of modernist finishes. In fact, it is a series of four bodies with as many sloping roofs.
In each façade there is a door dominated by a rectangular opening and a window divided into three parts with a low arch. The frames, which are also repeated along the side façade, have decorative elements that are geometric according to the principles of Art Deco, while a plastered plinth has a decorative, decidedly original disc shape, at the points that unite the various buildings and in the corner.
