It is built inside an old renovated oil mill dating back to the early twentieth century, which is located near the parish church, in the heart of Loceri. Inside the Museum, the various domestic and work environments are reconstructed: “sa mola de s'olia”, an artisanal machine for pressing olives, formed by a circular granite tank, where the fruit was collected, and a vertical wheel, also made of granite, which turned thanks to the push of a horse or a blindfolded donkey to always maintain the same direction; ancient tools related to work in the fields, to the care of livestock, to the preparation of bread and to the weaving of carpets, everyday objects used by the farmer to make cheese and wine, by the bricklayer, the carpenter “su maistu de linna”, the shepherd and the blacksmith “su Ferreri”, or those used in the kitchen, as tools for decorating bread “sa sarreta”, the copper pots “su caddargiu”, the ancient charcoal irons, “iron and lunch iron”. Part of the exhibition is dedicated to traditional, men's and women's clothing, which includes both daily wear and party costumes, and the traditional children's play corner with 'sa furrietta' and the hog 'su sulittu'. The itinerary ends with a visit to the area that reconstructs the residential part with the bedrooms. On the first and second floors there are architectural barriers.
