Dalla sommità del colle di Su Muru Mannu partono due lunghe strade romane lastricate, che individuano quartieri composti prevalentemente da abitazioni, percorrendo queste due antiche strade si arriva al cuore della città romana. The town centre of Tharros is only known to us for its imperial Roman age aspect; because the underlying Phoenician-Punic town still lies beneath it, covered by other buildings. Two long paved Roman roads start from the top of the hill of Su Muru Mannu. They identify districts which were mainly residential. You reach the heart of the Roman town travelling along these two roads. Vom Gipfel des Hügels Su Muru Mannu gehen zwei lange gepflasterte Römerstraßen aus, die durch Stadtviertel führten, die überwiegend aus Wohnhäusern bestanden; auf diesen antiken Straßen gelangte man ins Zentrum der römischen Stadt. Sólo conocemos el aspecto de la era romana imperial de Tharros porque bajo la misma yace la ciudad fenicio-púnica, cubierta por los edificios que se construyeron posteriormente. Desde la cima de la colina Su Muru Mannu parten dos calles romanas empedradas que llegan hasta barrios compuestos por viviendas en su mayoría y que llevan hasta el corazón de la ciudad romana.
