The building is located in Via Gmare n. 3 and is part of the feverish building activity that also characterized private homes in the Twenty Years of Fascist rule. It stands out for the almost perfect preservation and for the sobriety of the architectural language used.
Built between 1938 and 1941 on a design by the engineer Adolfo Doccetti, it is spread over a large four-story front, marked by marcapian frames that frame a geometric “frame” in which the openings are inserted, alternating with large smooth vertical bands in faux travertine such as the base of the ground floor. The balconies on the first and second floors are rectangular and rounded respectively, simply decorated. The entrance, in a perfectly central position, is dominated by a long vertical window that provides light to the stairwell. The top floor has windows that are significantly smaller and less important than the others, simply cut into the wall that is concluded by a protruding frame.
