Located in the S section of Via Sonnino, at no. 11, it is the only building that survived the urban expansion of the early twentieth century in that area.
Perfectly preserved, it has a façade with four openings on two floors and stands out for the use of the Liberty style in the low arched openings on the first floor and in the plant and geometric concrete decorations in the upper part. The wrought iron railings on the side balconies and the terrace that completes the construction are also interesting and linked to the same floral style.
