Just under 24 square meters: The Time Box, the small museum in Arzachena, is so big. Inside, more than five thousand years of local history are narrated through finds, photos and much more. The father of this tiny exhibition space is Mario Sotgiu, a printer with a great passion for history, especially that of his land.
Since 2014, this special place of storytelling (created for local children and young people), has been curated by the volunteers of the homonymous Cultural Association La Scatola del Tempo, which every year organizes various other cultural initiatives, in the historic center of Arzachena, linked to the history of the Arzachena area and more generally of Gallura.
Set up inside a small ruin in the center, The Time Box has become a popular destination in recent years.
