How to consult the results of the survey
The data will be published on the ISTAT website at the end of the consolidation and statistical validation activities.
Libraries: the data collected are used to calculate indicators on the provision of cultural resources at the territorial level, integrate official statistics of sectoral interest and contribute to the population of various institutional databases. The data collected are disseminated in the form of microdata files, made accessible and accessible to all users directly on the ISTAT website. The results of the survey make it possible to update the Registry of Italian Libraries managed by the ICCU and the regional registry hosted on the SardegnaBiblioteche website.
Museums: the data collected are disseminated by ISTAT and in institutional publications of general and thematic interest, in databases at the highest level of detail, as well as in the form of a microdata file accessible and accessible to all users.
