The intervention involved the recovery of a building built in the early 1900s, consisting of a single room and an external porch, with access from Via Brabetza through an internal road, and the arrangement of external areas.

The main interventions on the building, in a state of progressive decay, involved the recovery of the perimeter walls, the restoration of the completely collapsed roof, the construction of the internal and external flooring, electrical and water systems, the installation of new windows.

Radical cleaning of outdoor areas has also been carried out, through the removal of weed vegetation and the necessary interventions on the trees, with the restoration of old paths and old farm roads present.

Information on tickets and access: Di base le aperture saranno programmate in virtù di eventi sportivi, culturali, religiosi, nonché sagre paesane. Saranno sempre attivate le aperture su prenotazione. L'accessibilità al fabbricato è agevole e non presenta ostacoli. Il contesto Parco con la "Via dell'acqua", dove sono ubicati i pozzi e le vasche, presenta delle difficoltà oggettive imputabili ai vari dislivelli presenti. I sentieri del parco hanno 3 difficoltà: Rosso - giallo - verde, tutti con terreni sconnessi, puliti e individuabili. In fase di perfezionamento un tour multimediale con codice QR. Non sono presenti servizi igienici.
