Public notice for theaters and performance arenas. Financing for redevelopment and development

The Region informs that the Public Notice has been published for the granting of funding, for a total amount of 3 million euros, intended to support projects for the redevelopment and development of publicly owned buildings, theaters and performance venues, pursuant to article 8, paragraph 52, of the Regional Law of 21 September 2026, n. 20.

The intervention is aimed at supporting the redevelopment and improvement of the functionality of spaces intended for entertainment, through projects carried out as part of special public-private partnerships.

Beneficiaries
can access funding only to special public-private partnerships (PSPP), pursuant to Article 134, paragraph 2, of Legislative Decree No. 36/2023, concluded by 30 October 2026, which provide for structural interventions in the relevant contracts for structural interventions on publicly owned buildings, venues of theaters and performance venues.

Eligible interventions include extraordinary maintenance works and the purchase of fixed equipment and furniture closely related to the functionality of the spaces.

Methods and deadlines for submitting applications
Interested parties must submit a specific request, accompanied by the documentation required by the Notice, exclusively by certified e-mail (PEC), to the address cultura@pec.regione.sardegna.it.

Applications must be received by November 9, 2026, in the manner indicated in the Public Notice.
