Art Culture Fashion and Beauty Under the Stars

Clothes like sculptures, fashion shows like performance. The Museum of Contemporary Ethnographic Art will dress up, in contemporary fashion. Friday, May 31, at 8:00 p.m., the park adjacent to the museum will be transformed into a catwalk where the elegant evening dress returns to give dreams. And it will do so in one of the most suggestive locations that the town of Buddusò offers, between art and culture, in a real open-air gallery of modern art with beautiful contemporary evening dresses.

Elegant dresses will parade along the avenue, real sculptures sculpted in the evening, in volumes of chiffon, in skirts that will look like clouds as they twirl decisively. Soft and precious fabrics will accompany sparkling effects, hand-stitched inlays, tone-on-tone lace games from the bodice to the skirt. There will be plenty of space for mermaid lines, fascinating and sophisticated, with indispensable trains that will slip soft and princely necklines. Evening dresses that interpret women in a magnificent ode to femininity, dresses belonging to all vintages from the 60s to today.

For the occasion, the outfits will be worn by volunteer models. Women and boys from or from the town of Buddusò will parade on the catwalk: ladies, young women, mature women, teenagers and children, each wearing a dress that will tell their personal and unique story. The evening dresses will be presented along the park avenue adjacent to the museum of contemporary ethnographic art, giving a dream in an avenue painted with magic, to endlessly color every fleeting moment of that day or that occasion that made it unforgettable.
